In my tenure in the mortgage business, I have found that a “team” of experts can efficiently serve you far greater than one individual. Highlands consists of these members:

Brian RumphBrian Rumph. BRANCH MANAGER, my job is to oversee your loan and be a resource for you throughout the loan process in regards to interest rates, programs, etc.

 

 

 


Renee Killingsworth, PRODUCTION ASSISTANT, will take your initial information and get your file started with our team.  She is instrumental in creating a “WOW” experience for you during this process. More specifically, her role will be to schedule your appointments with us and collect any updated documents we may need from you during your search for the perfect home.

 

 


Lindsey HarrisLindsey Harris, TRANSACTION COORDINATOR, is your point of contact after you have entered into a contract with the seller of your new home. She is always available to answer any questions and address any concerns you have. Lindsey will keep you updated on your status throughout your transaction and is in constant communication with you and/or your Seller or Realtor. She will contact you to collect updated documents to assist in preparing your loan for underwriter submission and satisfying your approval conditions when your file is released from underwriting to prepare for closing focusing on excellent customer service..

Debbi Artysiewicz, PROCESSING MANAGER.
Debbie with her vast experience in management within the mortgage industry oversees our processing department to ensure a smooth process. In addition as a DE underwriter she provides pre- underwriting review of all files to ensure a high capture rate of highlands mortgage applications. Making sure your file goes seamlessly thru the underwriting process.

 
 


Heather McCabeHeather McCabe, MORTGAGE SPECIALIST I.
Heather is responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation are complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy. Additionally, she verifies loan documents including income, credit, appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting. She provides communication thru the process to our vendors with focus on excellent customer experience and timely processing.
